<p>The objective of the website is to provide meaningful information about the Changing Places Consortium and its campaign to increase Changing Places toilet provision across the UK. All information contained in this website is provided for information purposes only.</p>
<p>This website is jointly owned, managed and operated by Muscular Dystrophy UK (hereafter referred to as “MDUK”) and Promoting A More Inclusive Society (hereafter referred to as “PAMIS”) on behalf of the Changing Places Consortium.</p>
<p>The following organisations are members of the Changing Places Consortium:</p>
<p>Muscular Dystrophy UK is a registered charity no. 205395 and registered Scottish charity no. SC039445, at 61A Great Suffolk Street, London SE1 0BU. It is a charity bringing individuals, families and professionals together to fight muscle-wasting conditions.</p>
<p>PAMIS is a registered company under number 2717020, whose registered office is 33 Cornelia Street Barnbury Grove Islington London N7 8BA. It is a charity whose objects are to offer help, advice and support for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, English registered charity number 1011895 and Scottish registered charity number CO38601.</p>
<p>Use of the site is subject to the following terms and conditions, and use constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions from the date of first use.</p>
<p>MDUK and PAMIS reserves the right to vary modify or otherwise change these terms and conditions, and continued use of the site after any modifications or changes have been posted is deemed acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.</p>
<p>You must only use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any other third party.</p>
<h3>Copyright and reproduction of content</h3> <p>The Consortium owns all intellectual property rights in the Changing Places name, logo and strap line “Changing Places Changing Lives” and you shall not download copy or reproduce the name, logo or strap line without the explicit prior written consent of MDUK and PAMIS other than to promote and support the Campaign in any manner detailed in this website. The Changing Places logo is registered trademark no UK00003379532, owned by MDUK.</p>
<p>Notwithstanding the condition above, any owner of a venue who installs a Changing Places toilet facility which meets the Changing Places standards as detailed on this website is permitted to display the Changing Places Logo on the toilet facilities solely for the purpose of indicating to the public that the toilet facilities meet the Changing Places standards.</p>
<p>Any manufacturer or supplier of any specialist toilet products may not display the Changing Places name logo or strap line on any of their products or marketing or promotional materials without having applied for and been granted the explicit permission to do so by MDUK and PAMIS.</p>
<p>MDUK and PAMIS reserve the right to withdraw any permission granted to display the Changing Places name, logo and strap line on any toilet facilities if the facilities cease to meet the Changing Places standards as detailed on this website from time to time.</p>
<p>This site and its content are for information purposes only and you may only reproduce any content for your own personal use and must not reproduce any of the content on any other website or other media or for commercial gain.</p>
