10th Anniversary Press Release

The 10th anniversary of the Changing Places campaign is fast approaching. The

Changing Places Consortium has produced a press release for all campaigners across the UK who are taking part in the celebrations on 19th July and would like to write to their local newspapers and radio stations to spread the word about the need for Changing Places.

Please email us at ChangingPlaces@mencap.org.uk for a copy of the press release and let us know what your plans are for the big day.

The press release is includes:

1) A statement about the 10th Anniversary and Changing Places Awareness Day on 19th July.

2) Information about the new Changing Places toilet map and launch of the #howfarwouldyougo ? awareness campaign to highlight the need for many more Changing Places toilet across the UK

3) Information about the Changing Places selfie kit which has been made for people to take selfies at their local Changing Places toilet and share on social media with the hashtag #incLOOsion
